images-9“The spine connects us to all our parts and is a major mover of our energy. Yogis say that a healthy and flexible spine is the key to longevity. We have to pick our parts that we focus on for our personal longevity and health. I choose my spine and my breath and trying to eat fairly healthy. Our culture simply does not express how important the spine is for our general health. Learning how to align the spine and decompress and lift each vertebra upward and working to increase flexibility and tone of the supporting muscles of the spine should be emphasized from very early on in our lives. All of the slumped over aging bodies we see on the street could be avoided if there was more education made available for everyone.”
