Some light reading

Next course in my Yoga Alliance teacher certification studies is coming up next week and I’ve started preparing with course literature. When browsing for books at Amazon I got a bit carried away and ordered a book on Pilates anatomy as well. I’ve read other books by Rael Isacowitz and found them both informative and well-grounded in scientific theory. Really looking forward to digging into this one. Also finally got around to ordering B.K.S Iyengar’s classic Light on Yoga, which has some of the most remarkable asana picture and explanation combinations available, all showcasing Mr. Iyengar himself. Incredible attention to detail and some pretty impressive asanas!
