Trouble sleeping?

I’m often out and about working quite late in the evening and if you’re doing an energizing headstand sequence in class at 9pm it can cause trouble winding down. This has happened to me and I’ve sort of accepted it as a downside of the job. But then I discovered this herbal infusion in our local supermarket (which is quite well-stocked with ecological goodies). I didn’t really think much of it at the time – only bought it because the package looked nice :-). But it works like a charm. Since I started drinking it in the evenings, I’ve slept much better and had no more trouble falling asleep.  According to the label, the main ingredients are chamomile and valeriana. Once again, nature knows best.
