Holiday favourites

This season I’m looking forward to these in particular:

1) Peace and quiet. Thankfully, lots of people nowadays go away for Christmas. The ones of us staying put are happy for that – leaves us more time to slouch around and avoid being sociable.

2) Finding time to work out. Not that I wouldn’t do it otherwise, but it’ll be a nice change to actually have the freedom to choose the time – not having to get up at 5 am or stay awake until midnight to make it.

3) Cooking some decent food. This autumn our family has mostly survived on rye bread, tomatoes and omelets. I think I’m done with those for a while…

Happy Holidays!
